Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, cultivating, and harvesting various crops.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow strict safety protocols and environmental guidelines to ensure a secure workplace.
- Load and unload produce, materials, and supplies using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, labor laws, and H2A visa regulations.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or legal eligibility to work in the United States.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform strenuous labor for long hours.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or general labor is a strong plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
