Responsibilities
- Perform general farm labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment such as tractors and harvesters safely.
- Maintain field cleanliness by removing weeds and debris.
- Monitor crop health and perform irrigation duties as required.
- Load and unload produce for transport to storage or market.
- Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (if applicable) or hold valid legal work authorization.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Must be willing to work early mornings and flexible hours.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
