Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of fruits and vegetables in various weather conditions.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Sort, grade, and pack produce according to strict quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure food safety compliance.
- Load and unload trucks and containers for distribution.
- Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must currently possess or be eligible for a valid H2A Visa.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including bending, lifting, and standing.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or general labor is preferred.
- Willingness to work early mornings and weekends as required.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
