Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting and picking of seasonal crops, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment, including tractors, harvesters, and packing tools.
- Maintain field cleanliness and safety by removing debris and ensuring proper equipment storage.
- Assist in packing, sorting, grading, and loading produce for transport to distribution centers.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to meet daily production quotas efficiently.
- Perform general farm maintenance and irrigation tasks as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or hold valid US work authorization (Green Card/Passport).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain, for extended shifts.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate farm equipment safely is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
