Responsibilities
- Planting & Harvesting: Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to schedule.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate tractors, harvesters, and other agricultural equipment under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and farm-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and minor maintenance checks on tools and machinery.
- General Farm Work: Assist with irrigation setup, general site cleanup, and material handling.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2A visa holders or citizens).
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License is required for transportation to and from worksites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous agricultural experience is a plus, but not strictly required for all roles.
- Work Ethic: Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
