Responsibilities
- Perform essential field duties including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops under direct supervision.
- Operate agricultural machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently in various weather conditions.
- Adhere strictly to all H2A labor regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily production goals and field conditions.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of produce with a focus on quality control and speed.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2A visa or be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends as needed.
