Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely.
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting crops.
- Monitor crop health and quality to ensure high standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies on the worksite.
- Load, unload, and transport produce and supplies as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status or eligibility for sponsorship.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in agriculture or farm work.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of farm safety protocols.
