- Quality Control: Inspect produce for quality and handle packing with care.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a diverse crew to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Valid H2A visa or eligibility to work in the United States.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual labor in outdoor settings for extended hours.
- Experience: Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not always required.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
