Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops efficiently.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and according to standard protocols.
- Inspect crops for quality and ensure proper handling during transport to storage.
- Load and unload produce onto trucks and pallets with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to meet daily production quotas.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2A Visa holders are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of agricultural processes is a plus but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or government-issued ID.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and rotating shifts.
