Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, weeding, and harvesting crops according to established procedures.
- Operate provided agricultural equipment, including tractors and harvesters, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on farm machinery and tools.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety in the work area at all times.
- Load harvested produce onto trucks and prepare it for transport to packing facilities.
- Work effectively in teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Current H2A visa status or eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural operations and farm machinery is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
