Responsibilities
- Harvest, pick, cut, and prune fruits and vegetables by hand using appropriate tools.
- Perform general farm labor, including weeding, thinning, and irrigation management.
- Load, unload, and pack agricultural products onto pallets and trucks for transport.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, GHS labels, and farm regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Monitor crop quality and report any issues to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor in outdoor environments for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic experience in agriculture, farming, or general labor is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Valid driver's license and legal right to work in the United States.
