Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to established procedures.
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment (tractors, combines, loaders) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain field cleanliness by removing debris and weeds.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Load and unload agricultural products onto trucks or storage containers.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold, as required by the season.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (H2A Visa sponsorship available).
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Basic English language skills for effective communication and safety instruction.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
