Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate and maintain heavy agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain farm infrastructure, including irrigation systems and fencing.
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures in accordance with safety protocols.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the remote management team to report operational needs and progress.
Qualifications
- Eligibility for H2A visa sponsorship (if required) or valid US work authorization.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in outdoor environments.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Experience with farm machinery and modern agricultural tools.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Basic computer literacy for logging daily activities.
