Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy agricultural machinery, including tractors, loaders, and harvesters.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, weeding, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Inspect farm equipment daily to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Load and unload trucks with agricultural products efficiently and safely.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility to obtain one through sponsorship.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for long periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) for safety communication.
