Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Participate in planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops with precision and care.
- Follow all safety protocols and quality control standards to ensure product excellence.
- Load, unload, and stage produce for transport and distribution.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of work areas and tools.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2A Visa sponsorship available).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn machine operation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
