About the Role

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently.
- Perform planting, cultivating, and harvesting duties according to seasonal schedules.
- Inspect crops and equipment to identify issues or maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in agriculture or farming is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends during harvest season.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
