Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload produce trucks and storage containers.
- Maintain field hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and USDA regulations.

Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2A Visa holders preferred).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of agricultural processes is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
