Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including harvesting, planting, cultivating, and pruning crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect crops for quality, maturity, and pest issues; report findings to supervisors.
- Pack, label, sort, and prepare agricultural products for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physical stamina to perform strenuous labor for 8-10 hours a day.
- Basic English proficiency for safety communication and instruction following.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime.
- Valid identification or eligibility to work in the United States (H2A visa holders encouraged).
- Experience in farm labor, landscaping, or general construction is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
