Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, weeding, and harvesting crops according to established procedures.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation equipment.
- Assist in crop inspection and sorting to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains for extended periods.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, equipment operating procedures, and farm regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize field efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2A work authorization or be eligible to obtain one through the H2A visa program.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for 8-12 hours per day.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays during the harvest season.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate farm equipment safely.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is highly preferred.
