Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely
- Perform field maintenance (irrigation, pest control)

- Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic repairs

Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- 1+ years of crop farming experience preferred

- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work 40-50 hours weekly in varying weather
