Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, vegetables)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop quality through sorting, grading, and packing

- Assist in greenhouse operations and pest management
- Document daily production activities and maintain equipment

Qualifications
