Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (grapes, almonds, tomatoes) following quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Maintain field hygiene and safety protocols at all times
- Assist with planting, pruning, and soil management tasks
- Participate in pre-harvest inspections and quality control procedures
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and workplace guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year prior agricultural/farming experience
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, dust)
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
