Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting and sorting of fresh produce (citrus, vegetables, etc.).
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing facilities and work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and quality control standards set by the USDA.
- Load and unload trucks and containers with agricultural products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or horticulture is preferred but not required.
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (if applicable).
