Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack tomatoes, almonds, and grapes according to quality standards
- Operate irrigation systems and farm equipment safely
- Maintain field cleanliness and sanitation protocols
- Inspect crops for ripeness and defects
- Assist with planting, pruning, and soil preparation
- Follow all OSHA and farm safety guidelines
- Participate in team training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship
