Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, nuts)
- Maintain crop quality through sorting, grading, and packaging
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental standards
- Perform field maintenance including weeding, pruning, and pest control
- Assist with irrigation system monitoring and repair
- Document daily activities and crop progress accurately
- Collaborate with team leaders to optimize harvest efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year experience in agricultural labor
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, dust)
