Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including alfalfa, potatoes, and onions
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and crop monitoring
- Maintain field sanitation and crop quality standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in packing and loading harvested produce
- Participate in team-based farming operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour shifts with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work weekends and overtime during peak seasons
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
