Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers)
- Operate farm equipment safely (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues
- Perform field maintenance (weeding, pruning, irrigation management)
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate daily work logs and production records
- Participate in pre-harvest quality control inspections
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Physical ability to work 8-10 hours/day in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous agricultural experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Clean background check and drug screening required
