Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack fresh produce (tomatoes, peppers, melons)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with training
- Maintain crop quality through proper handling techniques
- Adhere to strict food safety and GAP protocols
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance
- Perform field prep and planting activities
- Participate in weekly safety briefings
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility
- Minimum 3 months prior farm experience
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Availability for 6+ months of seasonal work
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
