Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack premium organic vegetables following food safety protocols
- Operate irrigation systems and farm machinery safely
- Maintain crop health through pest and disease monitoring
- Assist with greenhouse propagation and field planting
- Adhere to all H2A program compliance requirements
- Participate in rotational crop management schedules
- Document daily production metrics accurately
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year commercial agriculture experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour shifts
