Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, berries, greenhouse plants)
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, irrigation systems, harvesters)
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packaging of agricultural products
- Maintain farm cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet seasonal production goals
Qualifications
- No prior agricultural experience required – training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Valid work authorization under the H2A program (sponsorship available)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
