Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, and grains)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop quality through proper handling and sorting techniques
- Assist with planting, weeding, and field maintenance tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and USDA standards
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in training sessions for sustainable farming practices
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months of prior agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and early mornings
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
