Responsibilities
- Harvest & pack seasonal crops (tomatoes, strawberries, peppers)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain crop fields through weeding, pruning & irrigation
- Adhere to strict food safety & quality standards
- Follow pesticide application protocols & safety measures
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet daily quotas
- Report crop health issues & equipment malfunctions
- Attend mandatory safety briefings & training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to apply
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Previous agricultural experience preferred
- Ability to work 10-12 hour days, 6 days/week during peak season
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment physical & drug screening
- Reliable attendance with punctuality
