Responsibilities
- Harvest premium crops (berries, vegetables, citrus) using precision techniques
- Operate modern farm equipment including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and packing processes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental standards
- Assist in greenhouse and field cultivation management

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 2 years commercial agriculture experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- USDA Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
