Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform crop cultivation, planting, pruning, and harvesting duties
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following EPA safety protocols
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic preventative maintenance
- Adhere to all OSHA and USDA safety regulations
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packaging
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 2 years documented farm experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic English proficiency for safety training
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
