Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems) provided by employer
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops including cotton, corn, and vegetables
- Perform field maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, and pest control
- Monitor crop health and report issues to farm supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA and USDA safety protocols
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packaging operations
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa program with valid passport
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
