Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, planters) provided by the company
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, tomatoes)
- Perform manual labor tasks including weeding, pruning, and sorting produce
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic operational checks
- Follow safety protocols and farm management instructions

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
