Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Maintain field hygiene and implement pest control protocols
- Perform crop quality inspections and sorting
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and safety standards
- Assist with packing and loading of harvested produce
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, humidity)
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour shifts with frequent bending/lifting
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to provide references from previous farm employers
