Responsibilities
- Harvest fruits and vegetables according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with training
- Inspect crops for ripeness and readiness for harvest
- Sort and pack produce into designated containers
- Maintain farm cleanliness and equipment sanitation
- Follow all safety protocols and pesticide guidelines
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior farm experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors
- Basic English communication skills
- Availability for 40-60 hour workweeks
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays during peak season
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Pass background check and drug screening
