Responsibilities
- Cultivate and harvest seasonal crops including sugarcane, tomatoes, and sweet potatoes
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Maintain field equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist in crop sorting, packaging, and loading operations
- Follow supervisor instructions for field layout and planting techniques
- Participate in pre-harvest inspections and pest management
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa program (foreign national)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
