Responsibilities
- Operate farming equipment (tractors, harvesters) for crop cultivation
- Perform manual harvesting of seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits)
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation needs
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for market distribution
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality control standards
- Assist with field maintenance and equipment upkeep
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status or eligibility for sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year commercial farming experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic equipment operation knowledge (training provided)
