Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops according to established guidelines.
- Operate agricultural machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general farm maintenance, including cleaning equipment and work areas.
- Inspect crops for quality and report any issues to supervisors.
- Load and unload harvested produce for transport to packing facilities.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and farm regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa documentation or eligibility proof.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills for safety and teamwork.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Previous experience in farming or agriculture is a plus.
