Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including apples, grapes, and vegetables
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Perform manual labor including pruning, weeding, and irrigation management
- Inspect crops for quality and report pest/disease issues
- Maintain farm equipment and assist with facility upkeep
- Adhere to all safety protocols and H2A program requirements
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 3 months prior agricultural experience
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in varying weather
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
