Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack corn, soybeans, and vegetables
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, combines)
- Plant, irrigate, and cultivate crops
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with general farm maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Must be H2A visa-eligible
- Minimum 1 year agricultural experience
- Ability to work 40-60 hours weekly in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to farm site
