Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest specialty crops in greenhouse and field settings
- Operate irrigation systems and monitor environmental conditions
- Implement integrated pest management techniques
- Maintain farm facilities and equipment
- Harvest and pack produce according to quality standards
- Follow all food safety protocols and H2A program requirements
- Assist with crop rotation and soil preparation
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Knowledge of safe equipment operation
- Clean driving record (if operating vehicles)
