Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Maintain crop quality through regular monitoring and pest control
- Adhere to strict food safety and agricultural standards
- Collaborate with team members for efficient field operations
- Assist with packing and shipping of agricultural products
- Participate in seasonal equipment maintenance and repair
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year prior agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license (farm vehicle operation)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Clean background check and drug-free
- Willingness to relocate to temporary housing on-site
