Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of fruits, vegetables, and crops according to strict quality and quantity standards.
- Load, unload, and transport harvested goods to storage and packing facilities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Operate agricultural tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Work in various outdoor conditions, including rain, heat, and cold, ensuring personal safety and well-being.
- Follow specific instructions regarding crop handling, sorting, and grading.
- Assist in general farm maintenance tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (or hold a valid H2A visa).
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency is required for safety instructions and communication.
- Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to work in a field environment.
- Must provide valid identification documents upon hiring.
