Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to international guests from check-in to check-out
- Manage reservation systems and handle booking modifications accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with event coordination and special guest requests
- Train new team members on service standards and protocols
Qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in property management software (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
