Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to load and unload trucks and containers in a timely manner.
- Packing and Shipping: Prepare, pack, and label products accurately for domestic and international shipping.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by promptly removing debris and hazards.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Visa Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA or require an EB3 Visa sponsorship.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and quality work.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for understanding safety protocols and instructions.
