Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including cleaning, sweeping, and organizing work areas.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products from trucks and conveyors.
- Operate basic machinery and tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- Willingness to learn and operate basic industrial equipment.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Fluency in English is required for safety training.
