Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and supplies within the facility using hand trucks, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Assemble products on assembly lines according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the workspace to ensure a safe environment.
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States or require visa sponsorship.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
